Apparatus main body and drive, chain plate traction system
Including servo motors, precision reducer, gear consisting of linear stepper system, traction drive chain, action positioning device, stainless steel chain
Sheet preheating system
Pneumatic clamping preheatplate . Made by three set of pneumatic devices,:Slide guide devices, the standby unit. No sheet alarm.
Filling System
Filling use the most practical valve control piston and the sleeve of the most wear-resistant ceramic material, wear-resistant better than ordinary materials 5-10 times, no leakage.Independent quantitative filling, can freely adjust the desired filling volume.Filling head for the network installation without bubbles desert without spillage. parts are 304 stainless steel, welded no dead ends. External barrel by heating devices, and equipped with a stirring system.
Automatic labeling system
Made by the coiled material storage racks, scrap frame, photoelectric sensor, corrective devices.
Sealing System
Use Mitsubishi temperature control module, heating /constant temperature control unit, temperature sensors, sealing device rack, prop cup device, sealing plate, pneumatic capping unit. Ensure sealing quality.
Die cutting system
Servo motor drive punching.The machine is using combination knife , the material of the cutter is imported alloy steel , line cutting, punching knife blade sharp and durable.
Cup out feeding system
Use the hob to cut the excess sheets of both side, can be connected to conveyor
Electrical control system
Made by power supply circuit, the control circuit,the electrical protection device
Pneumatic system
Made by a pneumatic FRL, electric control valve, pressure protection switch, gas circuit and connectors

The Warranty:12 months for our machine.Beside, we will provide some free spare parts along with the machine, the parts will be enough for at least 2 years for the normal operation and maintenance of the machine.
Free train for customer:We will train customer's engineer in our factory free of charge.We are profound experience in training.This will make sure that your people would operate and maintain the machine properly for long time.
Manual and video:We will provide the manual in Chinese/English version and CD, these will show how to install, operate and maintain the machine.CD video will be pretty helpful for maintenance for long time.
